I said Rise Against sold it out, they could too if they had other good bands play with them.

Dustin did an hour long interview for something called the "reformed pubcast"    The podcast seems to address theology and beer as well as too much rambling.  It has some insightful and personal stuff from dustin

I've been saying for years that they should try and play the Honda Center. They still have a massive following in the OC and could pack 10,000 people easily in there (capacity for concerts depends on the stage setup but they could way more, like 17,000) if they play with a couple other well known bands, but they'd always play like The Grove or House of Blues instead. Closest comparison I can think of is the UC Irvine Arts Center that they performed at with Underoath years ago. Rise Against and Gaslight Anthem sold the place out once, so i don't get it.

Maybe they aren't cool with marking up the cost on merch or something since its an Arena after all.

Still stupid as always.

FYF is such a garbage festival shit logistics shit everything.

I don't think Thrice could command more than one night at The Wiltern, but I guess I could be wrong...

Youre saying this after they did those 6 sold out shows at the end of the tour 3 years ago, right? Including club Nokia which is as big as The Wiltern.

At this point, Im kind of worried that they do Weenie Roast, since its a sure fire payday, and in OC. But really, I think they just tour in the fall when it revolves around Riot Fest in Sept and that shitty one in AZ. I dont blame them for taking the easy money cause theyve never had the chance to do so.

I can't believe they spent 20 minutes talking about that, it was turrible.   I was really impressed at how wise and well read dustin came off as
