Grilled chicken and pasta in olive oil, garlic and parmesan with grilled peppers, zucchini and asparagus. Two big bowls of that and I'm ready to take on anything this Friday night throws at me.

this doesn't qualify as cooking, but it's tasty. They're a modified version of monster cookies, I made them for my bf for valentine's day.

1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

3 eggs

~1 tsp of vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

12 oz crunchy peanut butter

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

~4 cups rolled oats (not quick cooking)

8 minutes at 375

I made chicken shawarma last night. My sister's favorite place for shawarma closed so I decided to attempt a replacement. Turned out pretty good even though I had to just cook the chicken in a pan.

Wow, that was possibly one of the best meals i've ever had. The menu was actually quite different the one i mentioned above but every dish was amazing. We went for the matching wines too, which we couldn't fault. The sommelier was full of knowledge and talked about each wine in great detail before the next course. We even got to meet the man himself and got a signed menu :)

He deserves 3 michelin stars.
