I like comedy podcasts a lot.

My favorite podcast is "Mike and Tom Eat Snacks"

Michael Ian Black and Tom Cavanagh pick a snack, eat a snack, and rate a snack. It's really funny, but I feel like you wouldn't like it if you're not a fan/dislike Michael Ian Black.

I also really like "How did this get made?" Paul Scheer, Jason Mantzoukas, and June Diane Raphael watch shitty movies and talk about them. They always have guest commentators. It's great.

I also listen to "WTF with Marc Maron" . Marc Maron has conversations (usually somewhat serious) with comedians and other famous people. Last week he had Bill Maher as a guest. It's okay, it's entertaining, but it seldom makes me laugh.

Mohr Stories

- Jay Mohr talks with comedians about anything, really. Last week with Gary Gulman was really serious, but still some good laughs. I look forward to it a ton every single week.

Nick and Artie Show

- Sports, but it's Nick DiPaolo and Artie Lange riffing off each other 90% of the time. Colin Quinn is a guest sometimes. Love it.

Tim And Sid

- Sports talk targeted at a younger generation, I feel. They mix pop culture and sports, but I must warn you that it's very Toronto-centric.

Prime Time Sports

- Sports, but also centered around Toronto. That said, he has some of the best guests around and they don't always talk about TO. Amazing interviewer, always has good gets.

End Hits

- Just started listening to this one, but it's interviews with musicians. First week was John K. Samson, second was Ben Weinman of DEP, third was Bry Webb. Relatively new, but the interviews have been great so far.

Thanks guys, I found a few more after scouring some best of lists...

Penn's Sunday School - Penn Jillette podcast, it looks like he JUST started it... or he only makes 1 episode available at a time.

Jay and Silent Bob Get Old - Jesus Christ, Kevin Smith does like 32 different podcasts on the site smodcast, figured this one would be my favorite as him and Mewes are awesome together.

Adam Carolla Show

The Nerdist - Chris Hardwick does a podcast with an absolutely KILLER lineup up guests, just in the last few episodes Seth Myers, Wilco, Conan O'Brien, Bob Odenkirk, David Cross, Scott Ian, JJ Abrams and 150 more.

Star Talk Radio - Neil deGrasse Tysen talks about stars doesn't get better than this.

How's Duncan's podcast?

He's my favorite guest on the Rogan podcast but I haven't actually listened to his yet.

there's another podcast thread in MUSIC section that I bumped.

I made separate threads in Music/TV section for my 2 favorite podcasts...

Walking the Room (basically only Doormat & I)

WTF w/ Marc Maron (no responses)

- Walking The Room elicits a very specific audience, which is why it has more of a cult following. Its simply two middle-aged comedians complaining, sharing stories, and covering incredibly dark, twisted, fucked up material. My favorite podcast.

- The Joe Rogan Experience has a mesmerizing effect on me. I skip episodes sometimes, but if you get an episode with one of Joe's friends, like Joey Diaz, Duncan, or Ari, it's incredible. You can tell Joe is a really friendly, good-natured guy. Even though his episodes can last 2-3 hours, Rogan knows how to keep the conversation moving and time just seems to slip away. UNLESS they get too high beforehand, haha. Oh Brian.

- Sklarbro Country is a sports/comedy podcast with the Sklar brothers. It's basically the audio version of Cheap Seats, if you ever watched that. It's really great if you keep up with American sports. I recommend.

- I used to listen to every Adam Carolla Show but now its too hard to keep up with a daily podcast like that. Plus, his guests are usually super meh. I will still listen from time to time and enjoy it, but its just a bit overwhelming for me.

- How Did This Get Made? is a podcast with Paul Sheer (Andre from The League), his wife June, Rafi from The League, and a weekly guest. Prior to the show they will watch a terrible movie, and then they spend an hour+ just shitting on it. It's incredible.

- Jay And Silent Bob Get Old is pretty interesting if you're a fan of Smith/Mewes. The first 30+ eps are just recalling Mewes' life story and battle with drugs. Dude is nuts.

- The Smartest Man In The World with Greg Proops (from Whose Line Is It Anyway?). Proops gets up in front of a live audience and just lectures for an hour with zero prepared material. Honestly, I miss about 60% of the references he drops but for some reason I still enjoy it. Despite the ironic intention of the title, Proops is actually incredibly knowledgable and knows how to work an audience with his wit. Obviously, his improv chops come in quite handy here. Listen if you love old esoteric references.

- Then there are a collection of history/informational podcasts I listen to, including Stuff You Missed In History Class, Stuff To Blow Your Mind, Brain Stuff, and Popstuff. Basically any of the HowStuffWorks podcasts.

I think he's an excellent guest on the JRE but his own podcasts are subpar.

Bryan Callen's new Deathsquad podcast is fucking great. The first episode he did with Joe Rogan as a guest is fantastic.

The Will Sasso episode had me in laughing hard but the episode with Chris D'Elia had me in tears.

Now take all three of those dudes and you have the Ten Minute Podcast which is simply a must listen. One of my all time favorites.

Always thought Callen was hilarious, I wish I knew of a way to subscribe to that with google listen. It only has an itunes subscribe link, and I don't have itunes or an ipod.

This is truth. NDT is fucking hilarious on top of his universe sized brain.

Check out his episode on the podcast The Nerdist, its hilarious and super fucking interesting.

Bill Hader on the BS Report

^always enjoyable guest

Anthony Jeselnik on the BS Report

^Jeselnik states that he believes Bill Burr is going to be the next big comedian at the 44:30 mark and will overtake Louis' spot

Burr's podcast is awesome

you can sense it happening too since he really is the best.

I just don't think the internet has quite caught up to it.

Burr's going to be on Simmons' podcast this week

Comedy podcast: The CrabFeast.  Two comedians (Ryan Sickler and Jay Larson) have a guest on each week and just bullshit and tell stories, always hilarious.  I listen to it every Tuesday when it comes out.

I started a new job about two months ago and it's mindless data entry so I listen to a shitload of podcasts now.

I've been listening to Nothing to Write a Home About with Matt Pryor from the get up kids. He interviews a lot of good indie musicians and it's pretty cool. Luckily he has a lot of cool friends because Matt comes off as a huge douche to me... But I guess he's a decent interviewer. He's pretty elitist and judges people outside his scene of people pretty harshly.

I listened to Max Bemis, which was really cool he talks about his song writing where he sells a custom personalized song for 150 and has wrote 2000 songs in about two years.

Chris Connoly from saves the day was cool, Chad and Steve from new found glory was awesome, that's the interview where Matt comes of super douchey and Chad talks about how he refused to judge or hate on new bands at warped tour.

He has an interview with Dustin Kensrue too but I haven't gotten to that one yet.
