Pitchfork released its Top 50 Albums and 100 songs lists.

http://pitchfork.com/features/staff-lists/9293-the-top-50-albums-of-2013/

Again, I'm happy to see alot of love for the Vampire Weekend album.

Metacritic has updated its stats and it looks like Kanye still has the consensus best album. I can't hate on that since its probably like #5 for me.

So I'm late to the party, but I was checking out a bunch of bands in the Coachella lineup that I wasn't too familiar with and I gotta say that the HAIM and Chance the Rapper albums are fucking great.

I also dig Darkside because they have a very chill and dark Pink Floyd vibe. Psychic is a pretty good album from start to finish, you just have to be in the right mood for it.

Plus Cupid Deluxe by Blood Orange is pretty alright too, especially "You're Never Good Enough." Some of the songs on it are too corny and go on too long though.

Hmm now I gotta figure out who to check out next.
